Jennifer is a project manager and Six Sigma Black Belt with over 20 years experience in Human Resources. She specializes in process re-engineering and delivery of innovative technology solutions to reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. Jennifer has a broad depth of understanding in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Information Management, providing comprehensive support to her projects. Her passion for exceptional customer experiences and service has lead to the successful launch of multiple applications in all areas of Human Resources with above average customer satisfaction and user adoption rates within the first 90 days of launch.

Jennifer's current focus is to apply measures and metrics to business processes and the applications used to support them. She is currently developing metrics around Social Media usage to illustrate how collaboration correlates to retention within the organization.
